Terms & acceptable use

What we offer

SailSMM sells social media marketing services that comply with the rules of each platform: advertising campaign management, sponsored placements with consenting partners, creator collaborations, content production and account setup.

What we never offer

• Bots, fake or purchased accounts, or automated fake likes, views, followers, comments or members.
• Anything that bypasses platform detection, manipulates rankings, or uses accounts without permission.
• Promotion of illegal, hateful, misleading or adult content.

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules. Cancelled orders are refunded to your wallet.

Wallet and refunds

Funds you add are kept in your wallet and used for orders. If an order cannot be delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet. Contact [email protected] for help with payments.

Your responsibilities

You must own, or be authorized to promote, every account, page or channel you submit.
