Privacy policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains what FreeNationSoftwares ("we") collects when you use SailSMM, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We cannot see your password.
- Orders: the service, quantity, price, the link you give (for example your profile or channel) and any brief you write.
- Wallet and payments: top-ups, order payments and refunds. When online payments are on, card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment provider (Razorpay); we only keep their payment and order IDs and the amount, never card numbers.
- Security: the IP address and browser of each sign-in, records of admin actions, and, if you turn it on, your two-factor sign-in settings.
- Cookies: only what is needed to keep you signed in and protect forms (session and security cookies). Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To run your account, deliver what you order, keep your wallet balance correct and handle refunds.
- To send messages about your orders (for example "order received" or "order completed").
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run SailSMM, and only what they need: our hosting provider, the payment provider when you pay online, our email provider for order emails, and the people who deliver your order (for example the link and brief needed to do the work). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in sessions end after 30 days, or when you log out.
- Order emails waiting to be sent, and their send records, are deleted after 90 days.
- Account, order and wallet records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards as long as the law requires for financial records.
- Backups of the database are kept privately for a limited time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address. We may need to keep transaction records that the law requires us to keep.
