Service delivery

SailSMM sells digital and professional services. Nothing is shipped physically.

How delivery works

• After you place an order, it appears in My orders with its status: Pending, In progress, Completed, Partially completed, Failed or Cancelled.
• Depending on the service, we deliver files or reports to you, or carry out the work in your own accounts (for example running ads in your own ad account), using the link and brief you gave.
• An order is marked Completed only after the work is delivered.

Timing

Work starts after the order is placed. How long it takes depends on the service and quantity; if your order has a deadline, include it in the brief. If we cannot deliver, the undelivered amount is refunded to your wallet (see Refunds & cancellations).

What we need from you

A correct link and, where needed, access or materials (for example raw video files). If something is missing we will contact you at your account email.
